The USCRI Healthy Living Toolkit is designed to educate refugees and immigrants to become proactive health consumers and promoters in their communities. The Toolkit supports health professionals, health promoters, ESL teachers, resettlement case managers in assisting refugees and immigrants to navigate the health system in order to reduce the health disparities among these populations. The toolkit has been developed in a culturally appropriate manner.

 Ethnic Media Directory 2008   Ethnic Media Directory 2008 was created to be a quick reference for individuals working to identify appropriate ethnic media channels that currently reach refugees and immigrants in the Twin Cities metro area and, to a limited extent, in greater Minnesota. Listings are divided by type of media (press, radio, and TV). Each media type is then subdivided into ethnic groups (African community, Asian community, Latino community, etc.). Specific programs and journals are listed alphabetically under these ethnic subdivisions. This guide is updated biennially and can also be accessed online in PDF format.
 MAA-CBO Directory 2008   MAA-CBO Directory 2008 was created to be a quick reference for individuals working to identify appropriate community based organizations and mutual assistance associations that serve Minnesota's many diverse communities. Listings are divided by ethnic group (African, Asian, Multicultural, Eastern European, Latino, etc.). Agencies are then listed alphabetically within each ethnic category. This guide is updated biennially and can also be accessed online in PDF format.
